PTFE MEMBRANE

特氟龙薄膜又称之为聚四氟乙烯薄膜，是由聚四氟乙烯树脂经模压、烧结、冷却成毛坯，再经车削，压延制成。车削成的薄膜为不定向薄膜，经压延后即成定向薄膜。不定向薄膜压延1.1～1.8倍为半定向薄膜。特氟龙薄膜具有结晶度高、分子定向紧紧排列、空隙率小等特点。

可与橡胶、金属等复合,也可制作特种胶带，广泛应用于轻工、军工、航天、电子、医药等领域。

Teflon is called as PTFE,PTFE is a fluorocarbon solid, as it is a high-molecular-weight compound consisting wholly of carbon and fluorine. PTFE is hydrophobic: neither water nor water-containing substances wet PTFE, as fluorocarbons demonstrate mitigated London dispersion forces due to the high electronegativity of fluorine. PTFE has one of the lowest coefficients of friction of any solid.
